1. How do the subscriptions work?
Our subscription plans are available as monthly recurring or 3 and 6 month prepaid plans. Each plan gets renewed automatically. You can cancel anytime. Depending on your plan, you will receive a completely new Genius Box on a different topic once per calendar month. Monthly plans are billed each month on the same day the subscription was initially purchased. Boxes ship on a rolling basis throughout the month and subsequent boxes ship on/around the same date each month.
2. What is the age range for Genius Box?
Genius Box is recommended for kids 8-12. However, we believe everyone should experience Genius Box and all are welcome to do so. (For kids younger than 8, parent supervision is required).
3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
4. When will my credit card be charged?
Recurring charges for monthly subscriptions will be made each month approximately on the same date the initial order was placed. Other subscription plans will be charged based on the plan length.
5. I want to change my shipping address. What do I do?

6. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your Genius Box subscription at geniusbox.recurly.com. Just click "Create an account."
and create a password for the email address that you used
to sign up for Genius Box -or- email email@example.com
with your request to cancel.
